CHROMABOND® PS-H+
Sample aspiration: The eluate was passed into PS-H+ column.
Washing: The column was washed with 2 ml 0.1 M HCl and 2 ml MeOH.
Elution: Compounds were eluted with 2 ml methanol/conc. ammonia (19:1, v/v)
Evaporation: Sample was evaporated to dryness (nitrogen).
Reconstitution: Extract was dissolved in 100 mg methanol.
